So government should intervene properly so as to correct and reduce the vice of market, but shouldn't intervene unduly to influence competition freely. The coming of "some opinions about opening and developing capital market " in Feb 2nd of this year indicates that the strategic restructure based on industry structure adjustment will be a hot point in the future. The mode of restructure will change from reporting restructure to strategic restructure. The dominant resource will concentrate around dominant enterprises. The capital will also flow to dominant enterprises. Asset restructure of listed companies should pay attention to optimizing and upgrading industry structure so as to make companies stronger. Our country has entered into WTO, and the market will more open. Facing to the drastic competition which the multinational would bring to us, we should set up some large-scale enterprise as soon as possible and develop our nation's industry.
