The Research On The Positive Effect Of China High-tech Product Export By FDI

In the era of knowledge-driven economy, the international constant change of capital market changes, there must be deep influence to the new high-tech product export of our country in the attention of FDI (foreign direct investment) correctly in the country. So, this paper analyses the high-tech product export and the FDI in the high-tech industry in China, put forth effort on the relation between the FDI and the export of the high-tech product. Then, this article analyses the subject matter that exists in the Chinese high-tech industry and puts forward some suggestion to expand the export of the high technology products finally.Generally speaking, foreign direct investment of industry will produce two kinds of influence: positive effect and negative effect. It usually has two kinds of positive influence: the benefit of overflows and the benefit of study. While there are several kinds of negative effects: 1, Cause to decrease domestic enterprise's market share.2, Cause national industry decline, because domestic corporations are unable to contend with international big companies/multinational corporations (MNC). 3, Seize the natural resources of domestic enterprises. This thesis thinks trans-corporation's direct investment of new high-tech industry do get up our country new and high technology and arrive from scratch to growth, fill the domestic gaps "from small to large" " from weak to strong". Besides, trans-corporation's investment in high-tech industry improves really export of our country new high-tech product and enhances international competitiveness. But our policy in foreign direct investment in new high-tech industry, that is exchange market for technology", which is so idealized that has not really realized the original intention of our policy in implementing actually.
