Research On Enterprise Supply Logistics System Efficiency Evaluation

Among the bulk of introduction and research of logistics management in China, Supply logistics management is seldom systematically touched, especially in the study of supply logistics system efficiency evaluation in manufacturing enterprise. The research of the logistics is a crisscross and comprehensive analysis of multilateral subjects, which is of strong attribution of systematism quantitality and optimality, especially in the rational analysis and evaluation of comparative efficiency of the logistics system. The propose of this paper is to establish an instructive academic construction for manufacture enterprise creating evaluation indicators system in its supply logistics system, then a new field of Operations Research ~ Date Envelope Analysis (DEA) is recommended, we use DEA model to evaluate synthetically for manufacturing enterprise supply logistics system.In various kinds of methods that can used in logistics system efficiency evaluation, DEA method has the characteristics that do not need to evaluate the weight and not need to consider index dimension subjectively, very suitable used for appraising logistics system that is a complicated system, which has many inputs and outputs.This text divides the evaluation index system of logistics system into two levels: calculate index and basic evaluation index, through receiving the overall calculation index to the analysis that enterprises supply the micro function of logistics system, from macroscopic perspective of logistics system, we resolve into logistics scale degree compare with logistics structure, so get the basic evaluation index, then use C2R model and C GS model of DEA method synthetically. Thus the method and procedure of logistics system appraisal based on DEA method are designed, this method can be calculated and supplied overall efficiency, technological efficiency, scale efficiency and scale merit state of logistics system. Thus we can put forward enabling measures for a DEA ineffective logistics system reaching DEA effective , and get the suggestion of improving logistics system , for decision department's reference .
