The Present Situation Of Pollution-free Vegetable Industry And Its Development Countermeasure In Guangdong Province

The origin, concept and history of pollution-free vegetable were discussed in present paper.lt is including pollution-free vegetable green-food and organic food vegetable.Particularly the development, present situation and trend of pollution-free vegetable industry in Guangdong province were analyzed systematically and intensively.The environment safety status, the vegetable pollution approaches, the vegetable quality and construction of its administer systems were expounded. Relationship between vegetable quality safety and ecological environment was discussed.There were many important achievements and a few problems in pollution-free vegetable industry of Guangdong province. The major problems included the environment pollution, chemical fertile over-used, supervision system, the rules of law, export obstacles and the entire people's non pollution sense of vegetable.The countermeasures of pollution-free vegetable industry development in Guangdong province were put forward, such as strengthen of support force from government, increase of the diathesis in enterprise and pollution-free sense in the entire people. Its famous trademark sense, major products, production environment control, cultural and post-harvested technical treatments, product quality standard and sale network construction were discussed.
