| Electric power industry is the basic estate of national economy. Not only is it the manufacture Material but also the living material that people can't short of . In 21th century , the degree that the whole society depend on electric power is becoming more and more deeply. At the same time , the request for quality of electric supply is becoming more and more strict. So , one is that the society development demand the same scale and speed with electric industry .another is that the question of improving electric industry come into view because of the limited factor for resources and environment protection. It will be reality that electric supply is nervous .Under the background, Inner Mongolia M co. ltd decided to solve the problem that a number of factory stationed in WUSITAI development area which demand amounts of supply for electric power and thermal energy . They want to use the natural resources and change waste to useful , invigorate the regional economy, increase the company's development strength ,save the resources ,improve environment ,decrease pollution . It is necessary that M co.ltdwill build up the WUSITAI thermal energy and electric factory.On the basis of applying fundamentals of company capital investment and theory of enterprise financial analysis , and combining with my working practice , the WUSITAI thermal energy and electric project have been demonstrated through analyzing background and environment of investment, economics of project etc. Some beneficial conclusions have been drawn out.The aim of the thesis are giving direction to electric investment practice by integrating with theory of investment . It is hoped to provide helpful thoughts for our company take part in the electric market construction through analyzing WUSITAI thermal energy and electric project.
