Research On The Applyment Of BSC In S Center Of L Company

With the new century coming, the mobile communication market has been the extreme competition trade. In face of the new situation, how the mobile communication providers keep their own advantages in competition has been a problem which can' t be avoided. In order to execute the strategy of taking the lead on services and products and keep the customer and increasing income and motivating the employee and correct directing or evaluating the employee' s performance, Leshan mobile drew up the system of performance evaluation in accordance with the plan of company. But, for some reasons, the system worked hard. In this article, the author researches the performance evaluation system of data&account center(S center) of Leshan mobile(L company), and layouts the new performance planning sheet, performance appraisal sheet and the new process of performance guidance, performance evaluation and performance feedback in the basis of theory of performance management and BSC. The author wishes this article can help to improve the performance management system of Leshan mobile.This article has been divided into four parts.In the first part, the article introduces Leshan mobile and the data&account center at first, and analyses the problem in the performance management system of the center. In the last, the writer analyses the interior and exterior reasons for the center to improve its performance management system.In the second part, the article introduces the theory of performancemanagement, and expound the definition and importance of KPI, and analyses the BSC generation, development and applyment in the world. In the last, the writer analyses the advantages of BSC.In the third part, the article specifies the improved performance management system of data&account center based on the BSC.In the last part, the article specifies the new performance planning sheet and performance appraisal sheet, and the evaluation on new performance management system of the center.
