Along with our country joined WTO, the middle-little pharmacy is confronted with more and more fierce competition, and it must be cultivated the core competition in order to look after developing in the most fierce competition environment. Marketing is provided with the importance action for the middle-little pharmacy, the point is weak to Tianfeng medicinal corporation. For changing the case, the corporation is decided to re-conformity and design performance system in the marketing center. On the basis of investigating theory and reason and method of performance system, this paper has designed perfect performance system in the market center.The dissertation is constituted of five chapters. In chapter 1, it is introduction, and its content includes backdrop analyses and mutuality paper discussing. In chapter 2, it is mostly performance system contrast, firstly, it summarizes the meaning and characteristic of performance system, then it analyses advantage and shortcoming of the mostly performance system and balances the mostly performance system. In chapter 3, it is the analyses of performance system problems , and its content includes Tianfeng medicinal marketing system and tactic introduce, SWOT analysis in the marketing center, the problems of performance system. In chapter 4, it is the design of the key performance index system, and its content includes the strategy object and the year of object, the analysis of key actor in success, the principle of the system design and the introducing of the key performance index (KPI), and theframe of the system, the analysis and design of the key performance index of the marketing center and employees, and the rights design of the key performance index-the method of the analytic hierarchy process ( AHP ) . In chapter 5, it is the design and application of performance system, and its content includes the performance plan, implement, appraisal and feedback institution , the performance management organization system institution, and the performance management organization system institution etc.
