The Research Of Hydro Project Performance

All of the important social and economic activities are begun from projects. The measurable decision can accelerate the economic development. On the contrary, the immeasurable decision makes adverse action. According to the project evaluation, the measurable decision can be made. However, today' s project evaluation can' t work properly, because the system of project evaluation can' t fit for the social and nature environment currently. So, it is necessary to study on it.The author user some gains of others and seniors for reference, also puts forward own self some new views in this thesis. First, based on the analysis of interest groups with project, the author provides the idea: project core value, and a new method of project performance. The new method integrates the performance of project in economy, social, technic and environment, and focus on the interest of project executants. In the course of the discussion, the author also provides a new idea and process of technic evaluation. Second, the project performance be applied in specifically project, and the new method is used in a dripping irrigate project. Finally, the conclusion is made that the new method is fitter for the social and natural environment currently than project evaluation currently.As a conclusion, the author provides a new method to evaluate project on nowadays. In 21 century, the new method has a great meaning in practice.
