Today,the fierce competition in the industry,scientific and standardized project management has become an important means to enhance the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.Human resource management in project is an important part.There is a strong practical significance for the research of project human resource management and human resources in the project.Performance evaluation and management of project personnel is one of the key links.The objective,comprehensive,accurate performance evaluation and management,truly mobilize the enthusiasm of staff initiative,truly improve the organization and individual performance,realize their own development,has important significance for the enterprise to achieve strategic objectives.On the basis of the domestic and foreign research results,combined with the related knowledge of project management,this paper expounds the purpose and significance of research on human resource management mode of engineering project and conducts in-depth research and in-depth discussion on human resource management in a key part: performance management.Therefore,the discussion in this paper,firstly defines the concept of human resource management and project management,combing the relevant theory and research of the core content;then through on-the-spot investigation and analysis,put forward the main demand of Target Corp in the performance management of the human resources;finally,combined with the theory of human resources management this paper puts forward specific strategies of human resources performance management optimization of the Target Corp.Hope that through this research,put forward to deepen human resources management performance evaluation system,innovation to meet the performance evaluation and management of the modernization of human resources management,to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff and promote the development and construction of the project,to provide the reference basis for the establishment of a high performance project team,and to enhance the overall level of project management to contribute.
