Customer's demand is the starting points of production and operating activities of enterprise, whose satisfaction degree of the demand is a key to the success or failure of an enterprise. Mass Customization is a production mode to satisfy the customized demand for customer with low cost and high efficiency, subsequently the satisfaction of the customer's demand is one of the objects of Mass Customization. However, there has been the increasing individualized differences in the customer's demand, which results in an enterprise can hardly obtain the customer's loyalty only with the simple promotion and depreciate tactics, the competition among enterprises is focused on how to satisfy the individualized demand. Subsequently it's quite necessary for enterprises to obtain the customer's demand accurately, analyze it correctly and design product in terms of the demand for customer. Regarding on this aim, the thesis that demand analysis and demand modeling of mass customized product is put forward.The demand of mass customized product not only has the characteristic of commonness, but also has the characteristic of individualization. In the light of the clue, the content of this paper mainly includes two aspects. On the one hand, for the individualized demand of customized product, the demand analysis of mass customized product is made including the demand characteristic analysis of customized product, the transverse fuzzy demand cluster analysis of customized product, longitudinal two-dimension analysis demand level of customized productand the Interpretative Structural Modeling analysis of demand influencing factors of customized product. On the other hand, for the common demand of customized product, the method of product demand modeling based on Use Case is put forward and the example analysis is made. In addition, from the angel of broad sense and narrow sense of product demand, the connotation of customized product demand and the acquirement approach are researched, as well as the technology of customized product demand; With the gray system theory, the customer's satisfaction degree for customized product is estimated; Finally, the problems urgently to be solved or studied in the field of demand have been pointed in this paper.Research on the demand analysis and demand modeling of mass customized product is the key content and also a main contribution of this paper. There is a practical significance for manufacturing enterprises to implement Mass Customization and a new direction also can be provided for the theory research of Mass Customization.
