This paper mainly researches the problems related to the stability of enterprises using strategic alliances. Ever since 1980s, there has been an upsurging wave of strategic alliance fever globally, but the instability nature of the alliance has severely restricted further development. This paper tries to search for critical elements that interfere with the stability of the enterprise's strategic alliance, and put forward critical measures which strengthen the strategic alliance's stability.Firstly, the paper have, from the theoretical research of the significance, standard and model of the strategic alliance stability, and through further analysis of the strategic alliance's instability representational type,Secondly7 raised the critical elements involved in the interference of the strategic alliance's stability: the alliance partner's match; the balance between profit and risk; the co-operation of the alliance management; the consistency of the alliance's objectives; harmonization of the alliance's culture, Thirdly, the critical measures that strengthens the strategic alliance's stability, consisting of: construction of the enterprise's core capabilities; strengthening of mutual trust; promotion of information management; coordinating of alliance's organizational study; promotion of the alliance's culture amalgamation. Lastly, the paper has made a systematic analysis based on China's practical situation, and raised a few note-worthy points about the national enterprise strategic alliance's methods for success.The whole paper is composed vertically of the following sections: The significance, standard and model of the strategic alliance's stability; key interference factors; key corrective measures and China's implementation of the model. Correspondingly within each section, it composes of the following parts: Stability versus instability; key interference factors versus key corrective measures and general theory as opposed to China's actual implementation.
