Multinational Strategic Alliance Formation And Development

The strategic alliance of multinational firms is the long term co-operative arrangement for a special strategic object . Since 1980s ,more and more multinational firms have set up strategic alliance of various forms . This trend brings great shocks to the domestic firms that still co-operation with the multinational firms in the traditional form . This paper emphatically denotes the concept and characteristics of strategic alliance and compares it with the traditional cooperation forms .
