Study On The Frame Of China Agricultural Mechanization Standard System

Because of the vacancy of standard system, many problems will appear in the course of working-out or recensing standards on the field of agricultural mechanization. Aiming at these problems, on the basic of the studying and exerting the theory of building standard system and the actual situation of China, this paper builds the frame of China agricultural mechanized standard system, draws the picture which can show the structure of this frame. The frame is the embodiment of the classified and combined mode of mutual character in different layers of all standards which should be brought into the standard system within definite period, solving some problems such as confusion of working-out or recensing standards, intercrossing and repeating among different standards, directing the agricultural mechanized standardization of China to some extent.Related to the frame of agricultural mechanized standard system, the paper analyses the characters of different kinds of standards, which include purpose, applicable object, standardized object and main content, at the same time, studies the working-out or recensing actuality of every kinds of standards, and expects the prospect of them.Rationality tests on the structure of the frame of China agricultural mechanized standard system are set up. The tests make out that the structure of the frame is basically rational, and the frame can direct the working-out or recensing standards on the field of agricultural mechanization to some extent.
