Study On The Evaluation Methods Of Comprehensive Level For The Development Of Agricultural Mechanization In Hunan Province.

Agricultural mechanization system was very complicated, Not only natural conditions but also social and economical terms restricted the development of agricultural mechanization. Internal researchers have studied a lot on how to correctly evaluate the level and form normative indexes for the development of agricultural mechanization. But mainly researched on the north area or the near sea area, and mostly adopted the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Colligation Index Process and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in their evaluation methods.The method of qualitative analysis is used popular and the method of quantitative analysis is used less. And the results of appraise were any error because of there being some limitations in the established models. And not formed a set of scientific and applied appraising index and method. So it was impossible to appraise accurately the level for the development of agricultural mechaninzation..So it was necessary to how to construct a set of appraising index and model that well and truly evaluated the level for the development of Hunan province's agricultural mechanization that the hill dominated. At the same time it had an important effects to develop agricultural mechanization in Hunan province .It was emphasized on the development of agricultural mechanization in Hunan Province of late years. From the three aspects of task degree and ability of general protecting and general benefit of agricultural mechanization, early selected 18 statistic index and handpicked 15 index from them by the means of Grey-Relationship analysis, and determined the jurisdiction of every index through applying the grey analytic hierarchy process to compare the every index with each other.
