| The long-term lagging of economic development, the consciousness that residents participate in sports activity and sports consumption is faint, these all make the development of sports industry between Jiangxi province and eastern developed area differ greatly. In order to promote the balanced development of national economy, our communist party and government have proposed in succession such development plans as "development of western regions" , "revitalizing the old industrial area of Northeast China", and "emerge the middle part of China" , strengthen the supporting dynamics of various fields to the low developed area continuously. Under this background, the economic development in Jiangxi province is swift and violent, gross national product and per capital income have increased at the speed of over 10% for 5 years in succession. Under the leadership of economic development, the sports industry of our province developed very fast. According to domestic and international sports research experience, social economy developing into certain level can bring fast development of sports industry, and the development of sports industry is helpful to the adjustment of economic structure. Should say our province economic development level is already preliminary with development of sports industry. The question in front of us is how to start developing the sports industry of our province, seek a sane developing road under the situation with still very weak foundation.This study carry on a overall analysis on current development situation, restriction factor of sports industry in Jiangxi province and development environment of sports industry in every area of Jiangxi, And set up a evaluation system of sports industry in Jiangxi Province, launch comparing evaluation of sports industry in every area of Jiangxi, and carry on systematic research to the development strategy of sports industry in Jiangxi Province, main content is as follows:1. Investigate current social economic environment and developing situation of sports industry in Jiangxi province By the means of documents, expert consulting and social investigation.2. Probe into practical problems meeting in the course of industry's development of sports industry in Jiangxi province, such as, Sports market and legal system are not perfect, the sports industry's development financing channel is single , the composition of trained personnel in sports industry is unreasonable;3. By using mathematics and physics statistic law, set up a sports industry evaluation system which can apply to underdeveloped area , including inner environment and outer environment evaluation system. And evaluate overall in four aspects on sports industry development in every area of Jiangxi Province: social structure, economic efficiency, quality of the population and life quality.4. On the basis of the research above, analyze sports industrial policy in Jiangxi Province on four aspects: industry developing direction , industrial structure , industry's scale , overall arrangement of sports industry, and then make and propose some suggestions for the making of sports industrial policy in Jiangxi Province ,which are suitable for our province when facing practical problems, difficulties and challenges:(1)Set up resident's sports consumption concept, adjust the consumption structure;(2)Perfect the mechanism of regulation and control of sports market;(3)Strengthen development dynamics of sports market;(4)Pay more attention to scientific research and personnel training of sports;(5) Accelerate construction of sports facilities , improve service quality of sportsfacilities;(6)Develop sports tourist industry actively;(7)Fully utilize the most advanced science and technology, experience of management.It is the meantime that our province is going to develop her sports industry right now, but good recipe is hard to be found, so that this study surely has its theoretical and practical meaning.
