An Empirical Research On The Level Of Elder Care Service Industry Of Jiangxi Province

The rapid of aging population in our country to social governance has brought new problems.According to the forecast,China's population will peak by 2026 or so and then began to decline,the population of working age and the proportion will continue to fall,both aging degree will continue to improve,and the shortage of services provide for aging would threaten the family harmony,social stability.In the face of China's aging degree deepening the grim situation,completes the aging service work,can not only maintain social stability,more can create new economic growth point,change the challenges into opportunities.In this study,the welfare pluralism theory,economics of aging,older demand theory as the theoretical basis,constructing evaluation index system of development level of aging services industry,to 27 provinces for the comparison of the empirical research,aims to find out the deficiencies in the development of elder care service industry in Jiangxi Province,then give the countermeasures and suggestions.Paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is introduction,including research background and significance,the research on the elder care services industry both at home and abroad,research methods and innovation and deficiency.The second part is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this paper,first make a brief overview of the concept of aging industry and elder care services industry,then old economics,elderly demand theory are introduced.In the third part,the development of elder care services industry in Jiangxi Province is introduced,analyze and evaluate the overall level development level of elder care services industry in Jiangxi Province,then the services provide for aged in institutions,community and home are discussing.In the fourth part,construct a comprehensive evaluation system of the elder care services industry,using literature analysis and expert scoring method to investigate the influence factors of the development level of elder care services industry,to extract the main impact factors,and then establish elder care service industry development level,a comprehensive evaluation system of index weights of analyze hierarchy process for the assignment.The fifth part is the empirical study of the development level of elder care services industry in Jiangxi Province,using the weighted sum method to measure the provinces in the development of elder care services integrated level,and analysis on various factors)in Jiangxi Province and other provinces gap.The sixth part is the suggestions to enhance the level of elder care services industry in Jiangxi Province,respectively from the government,industry,and institution which provide elder care service three aspects countermeasures and suggestions are given.The seventh part is conclusion and prospect,first give a summary of the empirical results of study in general,and points out in which way the research can continue to improve.
