The Method Study On The Space Planning Of Jilin Province

Using theories and methods of economic geography,urban geography,regionaleconomics and so on,studying Chinese current national economic plan,urban planning aswell as domestic and foreign space planning,the thesis pointed out that space planning systemare turning to flexible planning with plan and market characters as well as multi-goals,comprehensive harmony and regional sustainable development. The thesis comprises five parts: The first part and the second part is mainly based on theories.Firstly,the concept of spaceplanning was illuminated,then domestic and foreign space planning systems were comparedand some were used for reference,at last the content of space planning is obtained that spaceplanning is to balance economy and social development from the point of space and theregion,organize each functional zones reasonably,develop and use national resourcesreasonably and effectively(land,water,mineral resources,biology etc),reform natural largeprojects(three-gorge damming,Jilin railroad,Europe-Asia continent bridge,leading waterfrom south to north,the building of Sanbei fence forest and so on),arrange production andconstruction of planned regions,unify water traffic communication installations,harmonizeeconomic development and physical environment. The third, fourth and fifth parts connect main function zones including crucial functionzones important function zones department function zones and ecological function zonesbased on analyzing natural resources,spatial connections,spatial problems and developmenttrend.Then development ways were put forward.The author hopes that the thesis will be ableto make contributions to the development of Jilin old industry base and even give northeastold industry base and reasonable space planning in China some useful directions to someextent.
