Based on the knowledge of tourism culture, tourism geography, tourism market, tourism humanism, making use of the theories of sustainable development, tourism humanism, spatial competition ,tourism life-cycle etc, integrating the evolution of cultural tourism product exploitative condition in Northeast China, this paper studies the deep exploitation of cultural tourism products in Northeast China. Except the introduction and result, this paper involves five parts. The first part is the theoretical study of the cultural tourism exploitation. After the analyzing of the cultural tourism conception and character, this paper expands the connation, principle and the significance of the cultural tourism exploitation, and studies the relevant theories of cultural tourism exploitation. The second part is the analysis of the cultural geography the Northeast China and the classification of the cultural tourism recourses. First, this paper analyzes the natural and humane backgrounds in the Northeast China, then systematically classifies the cultural tourism resources. The third part is evaluation of the cultural tourism resources in the Northeast China. It is the premise of the cultural tourism exploitation and includes evaluating the status quo of the cultural tourism exploitation, the potentiality of the cultural tourism exploitation and the conditions of the cultural tourism exploitation. The cultural theme of the tourist destination is then positioned according to the analysis of the aspects mentioned above. The fourth part is designing the cultural products of the tourist destination. Cultural products' designing is the core of destination cultural development. It means the process of digging cultural connotation of the tourist resources under the cultural theme and turning them into tourist products. The last part is planning the destination image. The cultural theme is intensified through the planning of destination image. The author makes the design from six aspects, such as the position of the region, the character of the tourism resources, the history, the war culture and the market. At last, the slogans are put forward, which represent the cultural tourism image of the Northeast China.
