Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Opening Governmental Affairs To The Public In Zhuanghe Municipality

Opening governmental affairs to the public is the important precondition for the operation of democratic supervision and democratic policy in modern countries, which has significances to develop political democratic at primary level, increase administrative management efficiency, construct service-oriented government and strengthen anti-corruption construction. As a county-level city, Zhuanghe Municipality has been in the special level of our country’s system of administrative management, which is also in the joint part of municipality and rural area, industry and agriculture, which makes governmental affairs opening to the public lay an irreplaceable role in progress of the policy making and policy operation. Therefore, to make the study on opening governmental affairs to the public deepen in the county level, like Zhuanghe Municipality, has been of great significance.Based on the development status of opening governmental affairs to the public in Zhuanghe Municipality, combined with the development history background in our country, the significance of developing opening governmental affairs to county-level is put forward. With the document analysis, field research and SWOT analysis methods, the problems exist in the development of opening governmental affairs to the public in Zhuanghe Municipality is clarified in order to put forward the countermeasures of Zhuanghe Municipality.According to the structure of question raising, analyzing, and resolving, the main contents of this paper is as followings:from the current situation of opening governmental affairs to the public in Zhuanghe Municipality, combining the SWOT method, this paper aims to analyze and discuss the following problems in the area of opening governmental affairs to the public, as incomplete infrastructure is not complete, personnel allocation is unable to keep up with current situation, the civil servants’ quality of information processing needs to be improved.
