At present, how to comprehend the competitive behavior of enterprises in China, especially of domestic auto manufacturers, is the main theme many scholars, manufacturers and experts are concerning. Because on the one hand , the auto industry gains its sharp development with furious competition, and on the other hand, just entered WTO, the auto industry in China is now on the joint of two markets ,the domestic one and the international one. In this background, the precise and objective comprehension of the essence of competition of domestic auto market and the characters of competitive behaviors of domestic auto manufacturers is very important and valuable. Then, is there any extent of dynamic feature of competitive behavior of domestic auto manufacturers? If there is, what is it ? if there isn't , why? Which behaviors do these manufacturers adopt? What is the relation between these behaviors? How about the frequency of the behaviors?With these questions, this dissertation views domestic sedan manufacturers as research objects, mainly studies the characters of competitive behaviors and its rules.
