The Research On Employee Performance Management Of Production Department In The Enterprise

The production departments is a base in the enterprise .It can effect the productions' quality and output.But we can see that the employee performance management of production department in the edterprise is very poor.Some enterprises has no fit employee performance management system,which lead mang employee has no passion at work or leave the enterprise.These phephenom has reduced the outvie of our enterprise,so we must strengthen the employee performance management of production departments in the enterprise.The thesis proceeds with analysis on production division, has analysed the characteristic of the production division, combined the characteristic production department and analysed the characteristic of the performance of production division.Then set about analysing the performance characteristic of staff of the production division , analyse the characteristic of staffs performance management of production division on this basis.Finally, the thesis has been analysed to the performance administrative systems of employee performance management.The thesis is proved and analysed from two respects of theory and practical operation mainly. Have probed into traditional theory and present academia and research results to performance management of business circles correlated with staffs performance management in theory in thesis. It analysed the traditional theory of the production management and present research results at the same time , and has analysed in detail to the performance management of the staff of the production division and production division performance administrative systems of staff especially. In practical operation , have explained the setting-up procedure operation of the key performance index system of production division in detail in thesis, have analysed the practice operation of staffs performance operation course.The thesis has merged various kinds of theories of management by objectives , motivational theory , post management theory and performance management, base on enterprise actual conditions , performance of management manage analysis and research to staff performance , enterprise of production division at present, the purpose lies in having certain practice reference function to staffs performance management of production division of enterprises.
