Performance Management is an important component as well as the core of the whole human resource management system in the enterprises. Effective performance management can obviously increase the economic benefit of the enterprises and also ensure the continual and healthy development. Based on the analysis of the essence of performance management, and beginning from the practice of performance management, this dissertation carries out a thorough discussion surrounding the performance management in the trade cause department of new hope group.There are altogether five chapters involved in this dissertation. Firstly, there is a brief description about the current performance management situation in the trade cause department of new hope group. Secondly, there is an introduction of the modern performance management theories; Chapter Three involves a discussion surrounding the aim, the general idea of introducing performance management system into the trade cause department of new hope group.; Chapter Four combined with the current situation in the trade cause department of new hope group., a design of their performance management system is carried out, and further, the operation processes of each procedure is explored detailedly; Chapter Five offers an introduction surrounding the implementation and maintenance of performance management system.Performance management is a systematical process, and definitely not a one-night job. It involves building up the right atmosphere, introducing in an appropriate way, cultivating the proper organizational culture and enhancing the training. It also requires the collaboration with other human resource functions. Only in this way, performance management could be as effective as expected and eventually improve the economic benefit of the enterprises.* The competition among enterprises is basically the competition among human resources. Performance management is the core and the difficulty of the human resource management. Through a deep exploration and analysis, this dissertation investigates the performance management in the enterprises while possessing considerable significance both theoretically and practically.
