To Develop Science And Technology Agents In The Insitute Of Higher Education In Wu-Han Area

In the innovative system of our country, the institute of higher education, as a scientific and technological organization and the center of higher education, is one of the three mainstays, and plays a critical role that can not be neglected. Owing to the historical factors, the institute of higher education possesses of advantages in technology and talents, and on the other side, the enterprises of our country are short of technological innovation competence. Therefore, how to integrate the institute of higher education with the enterprises of our country, and implement the advantages of the two factors to make progresses? This issue will be researched in this thesis.The agency of science and technology is a well bridge that can connect the science and technology with the economy. Relying on the agency of science and technology in the institute of higher education, the innovative ability of the institute of higher education can be put to good use. The thesis firstly discusses some fundamental issues of the agency of science and technology in the institute of higher education, including the definition, the status, the function, the main form and the theoretical foundation. And then following with the analysis of the reality about the agency of science and technology in the institute of higher education in Wu-Han area, the thesis analyzes the achievements and the frustrations in the developing process. Based on the frustrations in the developing process, the thesis principally analyzes the operational mode of the agency of science and technology in the institute of higher education and several pairs of relation that should be dealt with well, including the relation between the diverse agencies of science and technology in the institute of higher education, the relation between the agency of science and technology and the institute of higher education, and the relation between the agency of science and technology and the government. Based on the forenamed analysis, the last part of the thesis puts forward some suggestions to make progresses in the agency of science and technology in the institute of higher education in Wu-Han area.
