The entry to WTO of China, has opened the international market for China to a certain extent, but make China become the severely afflicated area of anti-dumping. Nowadays more and more developing countries have acceded to the anti-dumping system " club ", so as to ensure one's own defence and deterrence, avoid the one-sided threat of the trading partner. Facing such tendency, we think that the simply remedy and lawsuit after the event can't solve the present thorny problem. It is urgent to set up perfecting and effective early warning mechanism of anti-dumping to warn and prevent the anti-dumping.In this article, we probe into such basic theories and relevant problems as the concept, characteristic, effect to the early warning mechanism of the anti-dumping, analyse the necessity of setting up the early warning mechanism of the anti-dumping. On this basis that we focus on the domestic and international relevant current situations, base on the present situation of our country, and to the concrete practice of the early warning mechanism of the anti-dumping, we put forward setting up a perfect and effective warning mechanism which includes from enterprise to trade to the government to warn and react in advance before the anti-dumping occurs.
