| Dumping and anti-dumping result from the development of international trade. Although China had already entered into WTO on Dec.11, 2001, yet because some discriminatory policies against China of other country and some reasons of oneself of our country, the numerous exports of our country still have been encountering the anti-dumping frequently , and which has caused enormous losses to the export enterprises of our country , economic benefits of relevant industries and country. The anti-dumping early warning mechanism for exports is the best measure to prevent anti-dumping that our exports might be encountered frequently in the future. But in practice, the anti-dumping early warning mechanism for Chinese exports is barely satisfactory , it is unable to play the function to prevent the overseas anti-dumping against China and to protect the basic economic benefits of our country at all.Well, how could it be better to prevent anti-dumping abroad against China and to protect the basic economic benefits of our country?
