Research And Application Of Logistics System Inside The Large-scale Manufacturing Type Enterprise Group

At the present stage, Chinese manufacturing type enterprises are developing rapidly at home, more and more manufacture enterprises form a large-scale manufacturing type enterprise group through one's own development or the way to amalgamate each other, but its inside logistics supplies the system has not been changed in order to meet the new demand for the development at all. Author has set up the corresponding department's model of logistics fluid, and try hard to set up a set of rational logistics solutions relatively in common use. Firstly, this thesis proceeds with development overview of logistics and logistics management, has introduced the requisition for logistics of the modern manufacturing technology briefly and analyzed several kinds of typical inside logistics system, combining concurrent engineering and quick advanced manufacturing method. Incorporate it forms the thought of self-study at the same time, utilize the basic principle of " PDCA Circulation ", and has proposed a method about logistics system design-- the logistics system design method on the basis of CE and AM. Second, the paper has introduced the current situation of the large-scale manufacturing type enterprise group of our country briefly. Then, this thesis utilizes the new construction method to above-mentioned problems, shuts the concept and function of the network of inside logistics center. This thesis has set up a corresponding model, and has solved the subject matter existing in the department's operation course of fluid of the existing inside logistics basically. Finally, the inside logistics system has been used and examined. The author has chosen a typical large-scale manufacture enterprise group –HANGYU company. According to the concrete conditions of the company, this thesis sets about carrying on the implementation that the fluid of the new thing is in company's total strategy frame, and has designed an inside logistics system for HANGYU company. This thesis is a brief introduction of the measure to build and develop the inside logistics system.
