The improving of the enterprise logistics is of great significance in enterprise and social competition.Firstly, this paper introduces the enterprise logistics system. It introduces the definition of the enterprise logistics system. And it analyses the characters of the modern enterprise logistics. And it discusses the business activities fields and the management of the enterprise logistics.Secondly, this paper analyses the actual state and the problems of the enterprise logistics system. And it points out the strategies and methods of improving our country's enterprise logistics system.Thirdly, this paper analyses the actual state of a company —— Hetai Group's logistics system. Finally, on base of the above study, this paper points out the improving on the above critical activities.
