The development dimensions and level of management software industry has already become one of the important indices of country's modernization degree. In China, the native management software enterprises have developed in a dramatic speed in recent years due to the increasingly growing demands and great support from the government. However, more and more titanic foreign competitors implemented their strategies of localization. It will lead to a fierce competition in the management software market of China. There will be both the challenge and opportunity for native management software enterprises.The thesis summarizes the development of foreign and domestic management software industry. Based on extensive investigation to the market and the native management software enterprises, this paper points out the development opportunities and the competition challenges for native management software enterprises, analyses the actualities and problems of native management software enterprises. Being dead against these problems, this paper puts forward some corresponding strategies on improving the native management software enterprises' competitiveness from four aspects: Human resource exploitation, Technical innovation, Marketing strategy and service competence.Based on analyzing masses statistical data, theory combining with practice, the author brings forward some own opinions about the actualities and problems of native management software enterprises, and makes beneficial explorations about how to improve the native management software enterprises' competitiveness.
