The Role Of Experts In Group Decision-Making

More and more depending on group , an organization of present society can accomplish a specific assignment. .Formed by members of different knowledge, skills and experiences, the group can sufficiently improve work efficiency by having its members work together. In addition, because the self decision-making process has unconquer able inherent weaknesses, group decision-makings has come into existence. Experts, as one of the important resources, play a very important role in group decision-making.The author has introduced the logic game Mastermind, once employed by Knuth, into 135 key senior high schools of this city, and researched on whether or not team members have the ability to identify the expert members in decision-makings? And whether or not accuracy of group decision-making is obviously higher than that of expert dec is ion-making?The main conclusion of this paper is:1) Group decision-making has the same efficiency with expert decision-making, and its level is obviously higher than the average of individual decision-making.2) Under complex circumstances, the comments of group members on experts are highly coherent, and the accuracy to identify the experts is very high.3) Facing complex and special tasks, the team is responsible to identify experts, and the experts are assigned to solve the specific problems. This is a more advanced and efficient method to solve problems.
