Study On Distributed Cooperative Decision System Based On Blackboard

All kinds of traditional Decision Support System (DDS) have limitations. These DDS can't adopt the application and development of business management, telemedicine and long-range teaching, so it stand in need of a new kind of DDS which can apply to broader fields.First, this paper give an outline of classes of DDS, describe the application of Multi-Agent System (MAS) in DDS in detail; then presents the concept of a new-style DDS—Distributed Cooperative Decision System (DCDSS) and design the system model of DCDSS. This paper design the architecture of the whole system according to the deference of logical function; divide the whole system into Application layer, Cooperative Decision layer, System Management layer and information layer; divide the system into modules and describe the decision flow of the whole system at the length; give a brief introduction to the techniques of realization in User module, Agent module and Data Warehouse module; then integrate DCDSS with MAS which make DCDSS generate a lot of characteristics. This paper deal with the solution mechanism of these agents in DCDSS and negotiation mechanism and unification programming in MAS; describe the distributed group corporation module and the distributed corporation algorithm which organize all notes running in all kinds of nets work with each other; propose a kind of improved decision scenario trees algorithm which directed to venture decision making problem and multi-layer and multi-objective fuzzy group decision making which directed to uncertain decision making problem. The point of DCDSS is blackboard subsystem in which run the distributed corporation algorithm and thedecision algorithm. This paper propose improved distributed blackboard subsystem which based on multi-agent and described the Blackboard with a formal language in detail.DCDSS in this paper take advantages of Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS), which make DCDSS independent of decision maker; take advantages of Group Decision Support System (GDSS) that make decision in many people; make the most of the distribute character of Distributed Decision Support System (DDSS); all of this can make DCDSS chase the development in computer network.
