Research On HCI Environment Construction Of Military Command And Decision In Information Warfare Based On Distributed Cognition

Military command and decision in information warfare and the research of HCI environment of military command and decision have become the focus in the current military research. Now there is still a gap between HCI environment of military command and decision in our army and the need of Military command and decision in information warfare. The human-computer interaction and technology in all levels of command post is still out of date, lacking of naturalness, efficiency and collaboration, and all of these seriously affected the processing of information. So how to realize the organic"dialogue"between commanders and new command post equipment, and construct natural,effcient,collaborative HCI environment of military command and decision,which comforms to the cognitive characateristics of military commanders,is not not only related to the efficiency of our military command and decision,but also related to whethe we can seize the information advantage and desition advantage in future information warfare,and which can help us gain the initiative in the war.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,the meaning of the study and related current research of the research in HCI environment of military command and decision,and then summarizes the related theories and conceptions,such as information warfare, military command and decision, HCI,cogntive theory and distributed cognition.Secondly, this paper focuses on the conceptions of HCI environment of military command and decision, specifies it's conception model,and studies the influences which HCI environment exert on the efficacy of military command and decision in information warfare.Thirdly, it studies current situation of HCI environment of military command and decision in our army, points out the problems,and bings forward how to improve.Finally,based on the ground of the current situation, this paper introduces distributed cogniton to the research of HCI environment of military command and decision, specifies four aspects which is the essential of constructing HCI environment of military command and decision based on distributed cogniton,constructs the HCI environment of military command and decision,and evaluates the construct scheme using fuzzy comprehensive method.
