The Study On The Relationship Between Benefit Mechanism And Profit Pursuing Parts In Milk Industrialization Administration Of Huhhot

In the mid of milk industrialization in Huhhot, the transaction of milk keeps the following market rule and benefit mechanism:The enterprises draft the milk price and earn the monopolistic profit; the milk stations can be the negotiators and gainers of the milk price, they have economical advantage compared to the farmers; but the farmers are just the receivers of the milk price and in a disadvantageous position in the milk transaction chain, their profit is low. However the farmers are the basic segment in a milk chain, lower profit in a long term makes them lack of productivity enthusiasm, and lead to a bad influence in milk industry development. Consequently, in the existing benefit mechanism and transaction system of farmers in a low income level, the following points will be focused on in the thesis——the transaction way of each main part in the chain,the reasons for farmers go on producing milk , the methods that encourage farmers' production enthusiasm and the suggestion of establishing a fair and perfect benefit mechanism. The thesis will use econometrics theory and positive analysis to make the following conclusion:the goal of encouraging farmers' production enthusiasm and establishing a fair and perfect benefit mechanism can be realized by way of improvement of farmers production skills,building of farmers cooperation,aiding by government, and to finally get a fast development of milk industry.
