Study On Benefit Relationship Between Milk Enterprise And Milk Farmer Along With Milk Station Based On Game Theory

The dissertation centers on the benefit relationship of dairy industry ,which needs to be researched deeply in dairy industry integration in Huhhot region.The paper points out the state and problem of the contract system,s patterns in dairy industry integration. After analyzing the benefit relationship between milk enterprise and milk farmer along with milk station in detail based on Game theory,the dissertation testify that the contract system,s patterns exists large unstable character.In the light of this fault of contract system,s patterns, the paper advances measure of optimizing contract system,s patterns ,which is "cooperative of dairy industry".On this base, establish the new system patterns of the dairy industry integration in Huhhot region. The new system patterns — " cooperative of dairy industry and enterprise holding" that is proposed in the paper , can resolve benefit contradiction between milk enterprises and milk farmers along with milk stations and promote development of dairy industry in Huhhot region.
