The Studies On Adjusting The Agricultural Production Structure And Optimum System Of TongLiao City

Adjusting the agricultural production structure is a very important measure for social development and increasing the agricultural economy and the farmer's income, etc. On the basis of absorbing the domestic and international experience at adjusting agricultural production structure, and based on analyzing the agricultural production structure's status quo, and analyzing the potential productivity by AEZ and yield's comparative advantage by AAI method from 1996 to 2003 in two type agricutural areas in TongLiao City, the author of the dissertation established the optimized model for the agricultural production structure of these two type areas in TongLiao City at 2008 and 2013 by improved linear programming method with the main aim of boosting agricultural industrialization management, etc, and established the optimized projects of these two type areas in TongLiao City in 2008 and 2013. The optimum projects have shown that the farmers' income from agriculture and stockbreeding has been greatly increased in the optimized projects. In three devoted level's optimized projects of plain irrigation area in 2008, the farmers' income from agriculture and stockbreeding has been increased 2.12,2.46,2.77 to 2003, and in 2013, it has increased 1.25,1.41,1.56 to the same devoted level in 2008; In TuoZhao area, it has been increased 1.51,1.64,1.86, and 1.47,1.56,1.79 respectively.
