The Research Of Structure Adjustment Of Agricultural Production Of Panxi Region In The New Stage

With the agricultural development of our country entering the new stage and joining WTO, structure problems of agricultural production are project. To solve these deep problems, we must make a strategic structure adjustment. Under such backgrounds, this dissertation divide the Panxi region into five agricultural districts, then analyze advantages and disadvantages of the whole Panxi region and every agricultural district by using comparison- advantage-theory and its analysis method. On the basis of analysis, the writer put forward adjustment directions of each district. Besides that, the writer designs an set of index to valuate agricultural production advantages of each county (district) of Panzhihua municipality, then decide the layout of agricultural production according to the results of calculation. Finally, the writer bring up a series of measures to ensure the success of the structure adjustment: To reform the system of agricultural management and set up a concentrating, efficient, and harmonious agricultural management system; to enhance the development of system in agricultural market and information; to perfect rural financial market; to quicken development of the agricultural standardize system, and increase the agricultural products' competition ability; to give more support for agricultural research, education and technique expanding; to reform the agricultural tax policy, and alleviate fanner's burdens; to strengthen the environmental protection of agriculture, and improve the agriculture's ecosystem environment; to strengthen the agriculture insurance, and perfect mechanism of agricultural insurance. By doing these, we can achieve eventual success of structure adjustment of agricultural production.
