Internet is a kind of useful marketing tool by which enterprises can satisfy the demands of the consumers and business groups better than past. Network marketing is one of marketing with new means method and concept. And now, Network marketing becomes more and more important in the enterprise's total marketing strategies. In traditional marketing, the enterprises couldn't exhibit the information of the products and servers to the customers completely and couldn't communicate with them directly; especially the potential customers were restricted by the time and scope of the space. The personal consuming requirements are often cancelled because of shorting of efficient channel of communication and feedback. Internet provides an efficient economic and short circle communication pattern. Now, enterprise launches E-marketing which become a popular trend.The paper analyzes and studies medical distribution enterprise's strategies of E-marketing systemically. It is divided into five parts.The first part: this paper introduces E-marketing simply and analyses the necessary factors such as website talent network technology and fund, which enterprise needs launching E-marketing. The second part: it analyses the advantages and disadvantages between E-marketing and traditional marketing. And it discriminates that enterprise how to harmonize assembling relationship between E-marketing and traditional marketing. Then it brings forward conformity strategies about customers products marketing conformity and enterprise organization. The last part: it analyses the consuming properties of consumer in the network era. Aiming at enterprise launching E-marketing, it provides useful scenarios from product band channel information communication and promotion.Because the enterprise's informationizational foundation is weakness and the idea and technology are lacking, Chinese medical distribution enterprise is lagged in E-marketing comparing with foreign countries. We hope this papercan help Chinese medical distribution enterprises improve the marketing conception and use advanced means of E-marketing to make more profits. And they can benefit our society and people.
