This thesis insists that the reason why internet marketing has so big potential and firms and consumers are expecting so much is internet marketing has the advantage of CDV(Customer Delivered Value) over traditional marketing methods. By customers' participation in products designing, providing better service, selling commodities with lower price, and increasing the convenience of purchasing, internet marketing can greatly increase the CDV. However, the step of internet marketing in China is slow than expected because of many factors, such as the problem of internet technology, paying on line, policies and laws, sense of consumers and so on. In this thesis, the author insists that nowadays the incompleteness of commodities distributing system causes the high cost and low quality of distribution in internet marketing of China, so the CDV advantages of internet marketing can't be realized, which has been the critical factor which constricts the development of internet marketing in China.This thesis analyzes the present distributing methods in internet marketing of China and its existing problems. By learning the distributing methods in internet marketing of western countries and on the basis of division of labor, economy of scale, computer technology, and optimization theory, and combining the practical condition of China, the author proposes four programs to solve the distributing problem of internet marketing in China. These programs are building modernized physical distribution firms, utilizing the Post of China for distribution ally, the internet distributing, and the distributing model of "shops +salesmen". In the end, this thesis analyzes that the firms involve in internet marketing how to select their suitable distributing methods according to their practical condition.
