| This thesis is mainly focused on the developmental strategy of private real estateenterprise. In the recent ten years, the real estate property has made a rapid progress andbecome the backer property of the national economy. But behind the fierce competition ,there are many confirmed disease. Forasmuch , this paper take the X real estateenterprise in FuZhou as a example. By researching this enterprise developmentalstrategy, this paper can improve the enterprise's power of the core competition andrealize the enterprise's sustainable development. The research of strategy problem can not go away from the theory ,and the study ofconcrete enterprise can not go away from the guidance of related theory. So ,before theanalysis of this enterprise ,this paper introduce the strategic theory firstly. After theintroduction of the background and the evolve process of this theory , I animadvert thedominant sects and the model. On basis of structural sect,capability sect,resource sectand IT sect. this paper choose the suitable model of strategic management and ensurethe strategic important point. According to the general process of enacting enterprise strategy and thebackground of the X enterprise ,this paper analysis the external environment and theinternal environment completely and systematically, and use the BCG matrix ,SPACEmatrix and SWOT matrix analysis method to make the developmental combine strategyof X enterprise as: market develop and product osmose strategy, product differentiationstrategy, integration strategy, coorperative strategy and avulse strategy. Thus offered thestrategic reference for X enterprise to allocate the internal resource, improve theresponse ability, enhance the adapt ability and competitive capacity in dynamiccompetitive environment. In order to ensure the operation of its development strategy successfully, I adjustand optimize the organization of X company, and give the advice about enforcing theinternal management ,and find a feasible measure to resolve the shortage of fund andland ,and consolidate the cost control management.
