We made the study of the whole processes of enterprise's developmental strategy taking the development of the Chongqing Xinya Aluminium Co., Ltd. as an example. Through the overall analysis of the inner and outer circumstances that the enterprise met in 2001, we found that the enterprise took the terrific developmental choice, as the insert point of 1450 plate, strip and foil technical innovation and strategy by implementing the strategic administration, making full use of the core competences and the unique resource's advantages, the country's industry policy, and the Aluminium fabrication advantages in Chongqing. It included the ability of design technology, administration ability of items, financing, scientific research and exploitation and so on. From the developmental courses of Xinya Aluminium Co., Ltd. we could find that the strategic assess system were implemented all through the courses of the enterprise's strategic administration, and the reasonable combination between the changes of the circumstance and the adjustments of the developmental strategy.
