For the existing conditions and problems, with Party and country's policy and wage distribution, regarding inspiration and check system of Chongqing Iron & Steel joint-stock company middle plate factory (shortened form: CGZB) as a research object, this thesis made a full analysis for inspiration factors on basis of Human Capital Theory, Industry Organization Theory and some Inspiration Theories, such as Demanding Arrangement Theory, Inspiration and Health Protection Two Factors Theory, Success Demanding Theory, Expectation Theory, Fair Theory, Object Setting Theory, Self-recognition Theory and so on. By founding station performance wage system, it designed the inspiration and check project that expatiated the founding, performance and management of station performance wage system and put emphasis on the performance wage check project of leaders, middle-level managers, professional technician and workers. At last, it deepened the state-owned enterprise inspiration and check management work by founding four systems of human resources management.
