Study On The Reform Of Management Of Construction Invested By Government Not Aim At Gaining

As everyone knows, the management of the investment by government means how government organize the construction invested by herself. Along with the consummation of the socialistic market economy more and more, the old economic system which don,t match the international economy system could not meet the management of construction invested by government any more, and it drops behind the the demand of the construction of market, especially at the condition of China has been a member of WTO since 2000. The current system of government investment not only wastes resource but also can find no one answer for when the investment fails and it could breed corruption easily.This paper does some work about explaining the concept evaluating the scale retrospecting the reform course of construction invested by government, and analyses the problem and its reason of the traditional system of our country. Probing into the economic principle of construction invested by government and using the examples of developed country for reference, this paper induces some experience of our country. Based on the "the decision about reform of investment system by the State Department of China " and the fact of Sichuan, some advices about the management of construction invested by Government is given out and "the measures about how to manage the construction invested by government" is drawn. A best wish that it help the government improving efficiency on managing construction invested by government. Focused on the reason, principle, convention of developed country and the experience of reform in our country, this paper is formed.
