Disciplinary changing trend of residential income distribution, which going along with the course of economic development, has been noticed by economic theory circles at all times. Correlative researches can be divided in two different routes: one is the discussion on the relation between dualistic structure switch and income gap alteration based on Inverted U hypothesis in developmental economics, the other is research on the relation between economic opening and income distribution alteration which follow the theorem proposed by Stolper and Samuelson. In reality, controversy on theory and demonstration exists not only between these two separated research systems, but in their own interior each, so there is a very important realistic significance for seeking an analytic framework which is dynamic and consistent. This paper distinguished stochastic and disciplinary alteration of residential income distribution firstly, and then selected disciplinary alteration as the basic research connotation. Simultaneously, this paper selected the dual restraints including economic opening and dualistic structure switch as the basic extension of this research. And to make correlative research have more explanatory power on reality, this paper concentrated on the research about basic changing trend of developing countries' income distribution under the condition of economic opening. In the scope stipulated by the research structure above, this paper put forward a theoretical hypothesis which is dynamic and multiplex, and erected a dual-binary analytic framework which including urban opening sector, urban closing sector, rural opening sector and rural closing sector and carried a dynamic mending based on the conception of horizontal transference and vertical flex. In the end, this paper gave an experiential test and comprehensive application to this new framework through relative data about residential income distribution in different countries or regions from 1970s and a pool data troop in China. Conclusion of positive analysis supported the validity of this dynamic analytic framework, and the research outcome based on china revealed that Chinese residential income gap alteration had its own rule, if we wanted to realize the benign changing of Chinese income distribution, we must improve the distribution structure between urban and rural and use effective combination of different policies to create the surroundings and conditions which will benefit it.The detailed structure of this paper is as follows: the first part is used to identifythe range, objective, and meaning of this paper, confirm the particular means which can be used on it, on the base of them, arranging the organized structure of this paper; the second part is used to give a conceptual ascertainment, it carry a depiction and appraisal on relative research achievement in china and other countries; the third part concentrate on the actual erecting work of dual-binary theoretical model; the fourth part is a experiential test on the effectiveness of dual-binary dynamic analysis framework; the fifth part apply this theoretical model proposed on china roundly, ,and disclose relative rule and put forward some advice; the last part is the conclusion of this paper.
