The Research Of The Reason And The Solution Of Monetary Policy's Low Efficiency

The thesis expounds the low efficiency of monetary policy in Inner Mongolia on the basis of analyzing monetary policy's efficiency, transmitting way, symbolic effect. Then reveals the reason which causes low efficiency and explains obstruction on monetary policy implementation. The crux of the matter is monetary policy can not be transmitted from financial circle to actual economic range. There is contradiction between economic structure and investment , credit extending system, that is to say, dualistic economic structure and relevant dualistic financial system weaken the transmitting effect of monetary policy. The main point to improve monetary policy's efficiency is to solve the endogenous nature of contraction of money circulation through reconstructing investment and credit expending system which adapt to economic system, improving the environment of non-state operated economy, developing regional industry with distinctive minority feature, invigorating micro economy. Proper financial policy implementation is also very important.
