This article, beginning with the global crisis of ecology-a kind of unsustainable development circumstances, studies the origin and meaning of the view of sustainable development from the process of ecological culture's angle to prove that sustainable development is a fundamental strategy which can deal with the environmental problems. In the eyes of sustainable development, the author analyses the functions of science and technology innovations in the mankind-nature ecosystem with the holism principle of ecology or system science, and makes out a case about ecological transformation in science and technology innovations, which is deficient in traditional ones. Also, the meaning and characteristics of ecologization of science and technology innovations have been tried representing.Afterwards, the author demonstrates that it is necessary for China to put ecologization of science and technology innovations into practice by combining it with China's socialism practice on the stage: On one hand, taking account of double challenges that we are facing from internal and overseas whipsaws, the necessity for China to protect environment as well as developing economy has been elaborated and pursuing ecological innovation of science and technology and develop recurrent economy has been thought to be the way of solving China's environmental problems and enhance her manufacture's competitive strength in the world. On the other hand, the author shows that it is possible for us to carry on ecologization of science and technology innovations since we have already had some advantages including academic basis in this field, the government's attention, the evolution actuality of recurrent economy and consumers' rouse.
