The competition is becoming more and more drastic between the enterprises all over the world along with the global economic development, technical get ahead & enhance of the states of the customer in the 21'th century. In fact, the competition is the human source competition. It is a stratagem problem that how to absorb excellence employees by enterprises in the new socialism economic market. At the same time, it is a hard problem all over the world, in them, the compensation is one of the most complexity and difficult problem. Therefore, it is one of the most importance method for the enterprise to get success in the drastic competition.Sichuan SD company is a high and new technical company and it is the largest energy power meter production company in Sichuan. It's operation cover with research, production and sales in electric power system automatic net system, data collection and control system. The company's hold right changed from china-foreign cooperation company to state company then to private hold company in shortly ten years from its register. Along with the market changed, the operation of the company is be coming more and more hardly. The reason lead this saturation is very complex, but the hold property right is one of the reasons, in fact, the excellent employee to go away the company is one of the main reasons. After research the main reason, I founded that the un-in reason's compensation management system is the main reason that lead the excellent employee to go away. In the beginning of this year, the new manager group established the first completecompensation management system in the company, due to less the experience, the system although get some success but more and more problem have been founded in the late half year.I make the human source as the main research business in the study of the industry and commerce management master. At the same time, as one of the employee worked a long time in the company, I knew well to its development and worried about its foreground. Therefore, after research the salary management system, I made use of the theory of the compensation management system and reference the other company's success experience; I redesigned a new compensation management system aim at the deficiencies in the old system,such as team incentive plans, flexible benefit program, employee stock ownership plan and so on. I hope to make a reference for the establishment of new compensation management system and offer my contribution to the development of the company.
