Compensation is the important component of human resource management theory and management practice. The core topic of modern human recourse management is the problem for talent’s attracting, reserving and motivating.The essay studies the GH Designing Institute, standing on the perspective of GH Designing Institute’s decision-making level, according to the theory of managing, organization behavioristics and economics, with the research background of normal actual situation and problem in GH Designing Institute, design a compensation system which suitable for the actual situation of GH Designing Institute and social economic.Firstly, through the studying of the domestic and foreign theory basis, combining with the actual situation, after surveying and interviewing, the essay analyzes and summarizes the main problem in the normal compensation system and performance appraisal of GH Designing Institute. Then, according to the main problem, design the compensation system with the foundation of position through using the Broad-banded pay theory, and then the essay make a comprehensive assessment to the every position through using the Hay evaluation for setting a compensation pattern with the foundation of post and establishing a performance appraisal system with foundation of KPI. At last, make a operative safeguard of compensation system’s redesign proposal for guaranteeing the smoothly operation in the enterprise. The essay is to improve the executive ability and to increase the benefit of the designing institute for forming the reasonable encouragement and reasonable limitation.
