Solution to agriculture, rural area and rural population is mainly based on agriculture itself, i.e., we must continuously improve agricultrual productivity. According to the basic principles of system-economics and organization-economics, through analysis of the status quo of our rural family's contracted management and agriculture's industrialization, the point of the article is: in order to improve agricultural productivity, we must firmly make system's innovation when making technology's innovation, and it's exactly the important constitution for system's innovation to reconstruct our agricultural micro-foundation. Only after having constructed agricultural micro-foundation which is adapted to the system of socialistic market economy, then can we exert the market's function to optimize resourse-deploying of agricultural yielding.The family management with an appropriate scale is a goal mode for our agricultural micro-foundation. This accords with the characteristic of agricultural yielding, also accords with the demands of market economy, especially it accords with the realistic situation of our country which is of large population and few land and also of low agricultural productivity level. This is a reform with low costs and little obstruction. The agricultural cooperative society can remedy the deficiency of the small-scale's family management to a certain extent,but is can't overcome defects of the small-scale's family management fundamentally. It's mainly a supplement of the family management.Forming of a new agricultural micro-foundation needs a long course which is of natural evolvement. We must have it as a core to set up the system of land circulating and attorning and simultaneously co-ordinate with the system of rural socialistic ensurity, then thouroughly reform the system of rural residence registeration. Through putting the series of new systems into practice, rural land's socialistic ensurity function will be peeled off, for these elements of agricultural yielding such as land, rural labor, and so on, deployment optimization under market's function will be advanced, and as a result, it will come into reality step by step for the family management with an approriate scale--this new one of agricultural micro-foundation.
