Research On "Micro-governance" Capacity Of Smart Society Under COVID-19 From The Perspective Of "Micro-infrastructure"

All sectors of society have made great efforts to cope with the challenges posed by COVID-19.Therefore,in the face of COVID-19 induced social risks,how to better play the effectiveness of the construction of intelligent society,enhance the wisdom society "micro governance" ability,so as to achieve precise prevention and control of COVID-19,is an important topic to be discussed in the epidemic period.Community is the basic unit of the whole society.As a carrier reflecting the real situation of social governance,the governance ability of community reflects the governance ability of society.Therefore,by exploring ways to improve the "micro governance" ability of community,it provides a guiding basis for improving the "micro governance" ability of intelligent society.The first step is literature and actual case analysis;The second step is questionnaire survey and data analysis;The third step is to build a theoretical model;The fourth step is to summarize and propose methods.Firstly,based on Maslow’s demand hierarchy theory,combined with the analysis of literature and practical cases,this thesis discusses the residents’ demand elements from three aspects: the supply content,subject,channel and form of "micro governance" in grass-roots communities,and infers and summarizes six factors affecting the needs of community residents: Safety,timeliness,emotion,service,humanities and science.Secondly,starting from the customer satisfaction theory,this thesis analyzes the main influencing factors of residents’ demand satisfaction from six aspects: safety,timeliness,emotion,service,humanities and science,describes and improves each variable in detail by means of literature survey,and constructs the initial theoretical research model.Thirdly,based on the influence factors of residents’ needs determined by theoretical analysis,we designed a questionnaire for residents’ community service demand under COVID-19 pneumonia based on "micro governance" in smart society.We used Spss23.0 to purify the survey items by analyzing the reliability of the recovery data,and then descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis were conducted.Through the analysis and comparison of sample data,it can be seen that the degree of humanization,professionalism,work and wisdom of micro governance in smart society have a significant impact on Residents’ satisfaction.Finally,according to the regression analysis design,build the evaluation index system model,clarify the weight of each part,determine the actual indicators,integrate the indicators at all levels,and build the evaluation index model of "micro governance" of intelligent society in public health emergencies.According to the influencing factors of residents’ satisfaction and from the perspective of "micro infrastructure",provide decision support for the government,community residents and relevant enterprises for community construction projects.Based on the perspective of residents’ needs and feelings of "a better life",this topic explores the last kilometer of improving community "micro governance" and provides decision-making suggestions for the government,residents and enterprises on which community construction projects(i.e."micro infrastructure" projects),which has very important theoretical significance and practical value.There are 23 figures,24 tables and 58 references in this thesis.
