Performance evaluation, especially Advanced Professional Executive's evaluation, is a focus concerned by academic and enterprise circle. It not only involved the establishment of Advanced Professional Executive's reward system and the foundation of efficient mechanism on communicating and stimulating, but also involved the development and consummate of corporate governance.Advanced Professional Executive's performance evaluation concerned in this paper, begun in private enterprise owner's viewpoint, accesses Advanced Professional Executive's performance. Firstly from the point of view of private enterprise's development status and the research status on Advanced Professional Executive's performance evaluation, this paper puts forward the research necessary and importance on this issue.Afterward this paper analyses the relation between enterprise owner and Advanced Professional Executive, and corporate governance in private enterprise and outer market surrounding; then on the basis of these analysis, this paper designs the frame of key effect factor to Advanced Professional Executive's performance evaluation. On the basis of the analysis of key effect factor, this paper puts forward the organization based on institution and outside market, then confirm the evaluation body and evaluation aim and evaluation standard. On the design of index system, this paper introduces the idea of BSC to design the frame of index system, to explain the index system from the four dimensions of finance, custom, management, and development. The basal indexes of each dimension is filtered in the way of partial correlate of these indexes and EVA form the point of view of validity andindependence, and gets well indexes to make up the index system of Advanced Professional Executive's performance evaluation. As a result of the design the index system of the Advanced Professional Executive's performance evaluation is ensured to be scientific and compact.This paper adopts the way of combining theory research and practice research. The system is used to a company in Chengdu, and the practice result suggests that the evaluation system put forward by this paper is feasible and in point.The research achievement: (1) Using the Theory of Principal and Agent this paper analyses the relation between the owner and the Advanced Professional Executive, and on the analysis of the key effect facto this paper puts forward the index organization based on institution and outside market. (2) This paper uses BSC to design the frame of possible index and uses correlation theory to filter the index. (3) In view of the character of inland private enterprise, this paper researches the index system of Advanced Professional Executive's performance evaluation from the interview of owner.
