Study On Performance Evaluation Index System Of Third Party Logistics Enterprise

With the development of economic globalization, modern logistics has widely developed in world scale. It has become a hot economic point and a new profit source . With the complication of supply chain management and the development of business out-sourcing trend, third party logistics (TPL)has become an import business model in logistics development. In China ,TPL development is still at the phrase of commencement. Under this circumstance, it is necessary to establish an effective and applicable performance evaluation index system ,which will help the enterprise to advance its management levels and promote the development of TPL enterprises in China..In the first, this paper analyzes the development trend of enterprise performance evaluation theory ,which works as a theory foundation for the study of this paper .Then it analyzes the concept and characteristics of 3PL enterprises. Based on that, this paper constructs a performance evaluation index system of 3PL enterprise, which consists of evaluation of financial performance ,customer management performance ,internal operation performance ,and innovation performance. Then , on the analysis of different comprehensive evaluation methods, this paper adopts the fuzzy comprehensive assessment to evaluate the comprehensive performance of a 3PL enterprise .At last , this paper draws some conclusions and puts forward some relevant problems for further study.
